At Delionis S.A., we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide when using our real estate crowdlending platform.
1. Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, and any data you include in the contact form. We also collect technical browsing data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and session duration through analytics tools and cookies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to inquiries, manage your participation in investment projects, comply with legal obligations before Argentine regulatory bodies (CNV, UIF, AFIP), improve platform functionality, and send you communications related to your account or projects in which you participate.
3. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your express consent when using the platform, the execution of the contractual relationship, and compliance with legal obligations in force in the Argentine Republic, including Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and CNV regulations on collective financing platforms.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with: technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements, regulatory bodies when required by law, and financial entities involved in project operations. All exchanges are carried out under strict security protocols.
5. Storage and security
Your data is stored on servers with encryption in transit and at rest, located in data centers that meet international security standards. We implement technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of information.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection to the processing of your data by contacting us at privacidad@delionis.com. We will respond within the 10 business days established by current regulations. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
7. Data retention
We retain your data as long as you maintain an active relationship with the platform and for the additional period required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Data linked to investment operations is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with CNV and UIF regulations.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy. Any significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. The last update date will always be visible at the beginning of this document.
